How have you grown personally and professionally? I have grown in the past 18 months as a professional through the interactions with others that are in the process of pursuing their administrator licenses. It has helped me to grow as a person by pulling me out of my comfort zone. I tend not to speak a lot with other professionals and this program has made me interact more with others.
What are 3 major criticisms from the Concordia GraduateProgram? Lack of coherence in the program. There does not seem to be a good connection between the various classes in how they are taught. Each teacher seems to be functioning in their own world and sometimes will contradict each other. I also found that some of the professors do not give much feedback.
What do you hope to get from this class?
I hope to continue to add to my abilities as a principal by working through some of the projects. I also like the technology aspect of the course.
